The only one who can read your requests is you.

Law enforcement requests contain some of the most sensitive data your company handles. With Reqport, every request and response can only be read by the officer who sent it and the colleagues you choose.

Four promises

Key promises

We can't see your data.

Every request and response is encrypted before it leaves the sender's device. Reqport only stores encrypted data, and neither we nor our cloud provider have the keys.

We can't see who you're talking to.

Our systems don't record which agency contacts which company. That stays between you and the agency.

You know who you're dealing with.

Every agency and officer is verified before they can send you anything, and their access is monitored on an ongoing basis. That keeps fake requests and impersonators out.

You have a full audit trail.

Every step is recorded automatically and can't be changed afterwards, so you're always ready for an audit or a regulator.

How it works

This is how officers send requests through Reqport today.

  1. A verified officer sends a request through Reqport.

  2. It's encrypted on their device and stays encrypted all the way to you.

  3. Only the colleagues you choose can open it and respond.

  4. Both sides get a full, tamper-proof record.

Your data stays in the EU, and stays encrypted

Your data is stored and processed in the EU. It's protected when it's stored, when it's sent, and even while it's being processed, which most platforms can't do.

That last part uses confidential computing: your data is processed inside a trusted execution environment, sealed hardware that not even we or our cloud provider can look into. The keys are only released to that environment, and every company has its own separate key and storage.

Don't just trust us. Verify it.

Most vendors ask you to take their word for it. With Reqport, the confidential computing environment can prove exactly which code is running, so your security team can check for themselves that your data is handled the way we say.

"[Confidential computing] reduces reliance on infrastructure operators and cloud providers… This makes it particularly valuable in domains such as digital identity, financial services, and healthcare."
